One of the things that an applicant would look into before accepting any job offer is the company's benefits given to the employees. For some generous big companies, group health insurance is one of the benefits. I'm glad that currently i get to avail of it even though the amount is not that big. Anyhow, it's of great help if i'll be hospitalized nor my parents who are my declared dependents. Sad to say, not all employers give this kind of benefit to their employees. How about you? Do you consider this a factor?
