Oh geezz i'm back to doing some interview again to hire new associates. I kind of don't like this task actually. If i may choose, i'm very strict as to how the applicant looks! I don't mean being pretty or handsome at all. But i appreciate interviewees who can put up with good outfits. I don't take it as "to impress" rather i take it as how she/he perceived the interview itself.
