My friend and colleague, Lenny, just gave birth to her first baby. We were all excited then the moment we found out that she's going to have a baby girl. We were suggesting a lot of names until finally she and her husband agreed to name the baby Samantha. I have always been fascinated on how some parents can uniquely and creatively come up with baby names. As for my case, i'm a bit frustrated because my parents just gave me a four-letter name. Some would combine the father and mother's name while some would name their baby from the grandparent's name. I know of some people whose names are derived from famous celebrities. Now, i realized, it's a tricky job picking for baby names huh. My mind changes everyday but i have always wanted that my future baby girl's name will have a Marie on it.
