i halt my diet last weekend

As what some of my friends know, i'm following a diet plan for the past month already. I had to do something with my weight because i'm really not happy with it anymore. I always complain that i'm getting big but i'm doing nothing about it. So, for over a month now, i followed a diet i won't reveal not until i can say it's effective. But i was out of town for the weekend so my idea of diet went into the thin air! I ate my heart out for the past 4 days that i think the little amount of weight i lost is gained back in just a matter of 4 days. It's ok though, i know i still can do better in the next coming days. They say, aside from dieting, i should incorporate some exercises to further losing of weight. Maybe i should do some running or at least go to the gym and use the treadmills so i could sweat. I'm hoping that in the next 2 months, i'll reach my target weight. Wish me luck!

splat - nah basin ug igo ra na nimo tan-awon ang sapatos nya ha? pareha sa imong mga weights? hehe
